We use a variety of courier and postal delivery services depending on the delivery destination and value of the item. These include USPS, DHL and FedEx for our shipments. You will be required to select your preferred delivery option on the check out page.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Procedure

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of order confirmation. Once we receive your confirmed order, we will process the order and send you 2 emails.

First email will contain:
- Your Order Confirmed with Gratitude & Order Acknowledgement document with the full details of your order.
Second email will contain your:
- Dispatch Confirmation with the tracking number of your chosen shipping option along with Shipment & Delivery dates, and
- Commercial Invoice – this is your Proof of Purchase for your order.

Customs Clearance Procedures, Import Duties & Taxes
